Karen Vohland

Chief Executive Officer

Karen is an experienced senior executive and strategic adviser with more than 30 years' experience across government, business and the not-for-profit sector in Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Throughout her career, Karen has held senior executive and leadership roles spanning strategy, governance, strategic communications, stakeholder and government engagement and complex issues management. She has worked closely with Boards, CEOs and senior leaders, providing practical advice and helping organisations navigate complex operating environments.

Karen is known for her ability to understand complex issues, build strong relationships and bring people together to find practical ways forward.

Karen holds a Master of Arts (Professional Communication) from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations. In 2023, she was awarded the Northern Territory Chief Minister's Public Service Medal in recognition of her contribution to the Northern Territory Public Service.
